Banana and clove lead, supported by a deep bready backbone that adds warmth without heaviness. It’s a beer that feels indulgent but drinks easier than it has any right to.
Brewing Notes
Brewed with a high percentage of wheat and traditional dark Munich malts to build depth without roast harshness. Fermented with a classic German weizen yeast to develop balanced banana and clove character. Carefully managed fermentation keeps the profile expressive but controlled.
