Brewing Notes
Built on American two-row malt with a touch of corn for a classic American lager profile. A small addition of Munich malt rounds out the body with subtle fresh bread character without sacrificing drinkability. Restrained hopping and extended cold conditioning keep the finish clean, crisp, and remarkably smooth.
