Brewed in the Bavarian tradition, this wheat beer transports you to a sun-drenched biergarten with every sip. The perfect balance of banana esters and clove phenols creates a refreshing experience that’s both complex and supremely drinkable.
Brewing Notes
Our Hefeweizen is crafted with over 50% malted wheat and fermented with an authentic Weihenstephan yeast strain at carefully controlled temperatures to develop its characteristic flavor profile. Minimal hopping lets the yeast-derived flavors take center stage.
